Plot with 200m facade on a sandy beach

Located close to Messongi area.

This plot has two parts:
The first plot is the 5.012,16 sq.m that has facade to the beach 200m long. A 2.553,06 sq.m part of 5.012,16 sq.m is protected natural area. In the other part which is 2.459,10 sq.m can  be built a 204 sq.m villa or house. Perhaps the only remaining plot in Corfu island with such a long sandy beach in front of it. Moreover, the access to the beach is very easy from the plot. For other people that may want to visit that beach practically is impossible as the natural borders hide the beach. Furthermore, it offers tranquility as there are no neighbors around it. The view of the Ionian sea is one of a kind.
The second plot is the 24.461 sq.m which the part of 14.504,76 is considered a protected natural forest area. According to the Greek law you can’t build in this area. This natural forest area is private and dont belong to the government. The rest of the plot which is 9.956,56 sq.m can build a 274 sq.m villa. This part of land is at the top of the hill and has an incredible sea view. This plot has access to an asphault road that leads to Chlomos village and goes to the beach.
Supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants can be found around the area of Messongi for both plots. Utilities like telephone line, electricity and water supply are next to these plots.
