Plot in the settlement of Perithia with clear panoramic view

This part of land is 1.100 m from Apraos beach, a beautiful sandy beach and can be considered as a special plot because a part of it belongs to the settlement of Agios Ilias of the Perithia village. This means that under some circumstances can someone build up to 400 sq.m on this site. The view is one of a kind as someone can see the Ionian sea and Albanian Coasts and of course green mountains. The facade of the plot is on an asphault road which lead from Perithia to Loutses area. Moreover, there is also a gravel road on the north part of the plot. Inside this beautiful plot there are some olive trees from the Venecian Period. Supermarkets coffee shops and restaurants can be found in the area of Apraos or in loutses village.
