All of our houses can be tailored to suit your needs exactly but the original ground floor plans comprised a large open-plan kitchen, dining room, living room, a bathroom and a garage with a total area of 111.32sq.m.

Corfu Construction uses the following materials for the construction of the houses to our basic, high specification. Since this home is available off-plan, the buyer will have the opportunity for full input on design, fittings, colours etc. The build time is approximately ten months from contract signature.
While the house is under construction, clients is welcome to use one of our show-houses, free of charge if they wish to come and check the build process at any stage.
