I always recall the point when I committed to Corfu, committed to the plot and committed to Theodoros and Corfu Construction. At one of our earliest meetings at the site as I was trying to see the view between the overgrown Olive trees Theodoros said to me “ trust me, on this piece of land we can create something really special”. Well at that point, despite the magnitude of the project in my mind, I fully believed. And by the way, yes Theodoros, we did create something really special!
