It is a 2 minute drive down to both Agios Stefanos and Avlaki and just 5 minutes to the charming and cosmopolitan resort of Kassiopi.

The villa overlooks Avlaki Beach which has very little development and has a lovely, protected headland which will not be built on.

It is a five minute stroll down a track to the beautiful, horseshoe bay, which offers wonderful swimming, boat hire, horse riding and two lovely tavernas.
