360° view on top of hill

This part of land concludes a hill and the top of it. It has marvellous 360° view which the 180° of it is the blue Ionian sea and the other 180° offers beautiful greenery mountains and valley. Its in a quiet natural area and has a gentle slope making it easy to build your dreaming villa or house. The distance from the Saint Spyridon beach is about 1.2 km.
